Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Accounts are created as a player, a coach, or a recruiter. Coach accounts are created immediately but access to players and teams stays locked until the coaching role is verified by DSB or by the coach's organization. Recruiter accounts require approval before recruiting features open.

Minor Accounts and Guardian Involvement

An athlete under 18 may use the platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. An account identified as belonging to an athlete under 13 is restricted until a parent or legal guardian provides verifiable consent.

A parent or legal guardian who authorizes a minor's account agrees to these Terms on behalf of that minor and remains responsible for the minor's use of the platform. A verified guardian may withdraw authorization or request deletion at any time.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically at the published rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

New accounts are not offered a free trial. Accounts that received a trial before trials were discontinued keep the terms they were given.

Team, program, and organization licenses are governed by the order form executed with that organization. Complimentary and sample accounts are provided at DSB's discretion, carry no charge, and may carry an expiration date set by DSB.

Charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law or where DSB agrees otherwise in writing.

Athlete Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the video, measurements, statistics, notes, and other content you upload. You grant DSB a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the platform, produce mechanical analysis and development feedback, and make it available to the coaches, organization staff, guardians, and recruiters you or your guardian have chosen to share it with.

This license ends for future use when the content is deleted, subject to the retention and backup limits described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not upload video of another athlete without permission from that athlete or their guardian.

DSB Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, evaluation frameworks, scoring models, drill and workout libraries, development methodology, design, and branding are owned by DSB and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from them.

AI-Generated Feedback

Mechanical analysis, scores, development plans, and drill recommendations are produced in part by automated systems from a limited number of video frames. They are developmental guidance only. They can be incomplete or wrong, they are not a medical evaluation, injury screening, or diagnosis, and they do not replace a qualified coach, athletic trainer, or licensed clinician.

Player Development Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Outcomes

DSB makes no guarantee of any athletic or recruiting outcome. Nothing on the platform is a promise of velocity gains, strength or performance improvement, injury prevention or reduction, playing time, roster placement, recruitment, offers, or scholarships.

Arm care, recovery, and workload features are training tools. They do not diagnose or prevent injury. Pain, soreness, or any medical concern should be evaluated by a qualified medical professional.

Assumption of Training Risk

Baseball training, throwing, pitching, hitting, and strength work carry an inherent risk of injury. You, and for a minor the parent or legal guardian, accept that risk and are responsible for deciding whether any drill, workout, or throwing volume shown on the platform is appropriate for the athlete, in consultation with the athlete's own coaches and medical providers.

Recruiting Features

Recruiting publication and recruiter visibility are optional, are limited by the athlete's graduating class, and for a minor require guardian authorization. DSB does not act as an agent or advisor, does not place athletes, and does not guarantee that any recruiter will view a profile or respond.

Recruiters granted access agree to use athlete information only for legitimate recruiting evaluation and to comply with the recruiting rules that apply to them.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the platform to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; impersonate another person or misrepresent a coaching or recruiting role; harass, intimidate, or contact a minor outside the boundaries the platform enforces; attempt to access accounts, organizations, or data you are not authorized to see; probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform; or circumvent age, consent, organization, or subscription restrictions.

Suspension and Termination

DSB may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, poses a safety or security risk, or is used to misrepresent identity or role. You may close your account at any time. Sections concerning content license limits, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunity, or lost recruiting outcomes. DSB's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid DSB in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSB and its owners, staff, and contractors from claims arising out of your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms or of another person's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. Each version carries a version number and effective date. When a revision is material we require users to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the platform, and we record that acceptance.
