Organization Agreement (version 2026-10-20)

This is a binding 12-month contract. Monthly installments are payments toward the full annual contract value, not a cancel-anytime subscription.
The contract does not renew automatically. Renewing for year 2 keeps your original price; from year 3, pricing is reviewed annually with at least 60 days’ written notice of any increase. Each renewal is a new agreement.
Seats can be added during the contract at a prorated price for the remaining term; the end date stays the same. Seat reductions take effect at renewal.
A departing athlete may be replaced by another athlete on the same tier at no charge.
Player-to-Elite upgrades are charged the prorated difference. Elite-to-Player downgrades earn a prorated account credit (no cash refunds) usable for seats, upgrades or your next contract.
Seats are activated after payment succeeds. Failed installments may suspend athlete access until resolved.
