What you are authorizing
By providing verifiable parental consent, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the named athlete and that you authorize Dallas Select Baseball to collect and use their information as described in the Parent Direct Notice, version 2026-09.
This authorization covers:
- Creating and maintaining the athlete's training account.
- Recording their workouts, sessions, statistics, and measured performance results.
- Storing video they or their coach upload for mechanical review, and producing coaching feedback and automated mechanical analysis from it, with identifying details removed before any automated processing.
- Sending you development updates about the athlete by email.
This authorization does NOT cover public recruiting publication, display of contact information, or discoverability by college recruiters. Those require separate authorizations, and for an athlete under 13 they remain off unless you turn them on.
You may withdraw this authorization at any time from your guardian page or by writing to privacy@d-selectbaseball.com. Withdrawal stops further collection and use, and you may also request deletion of everything collected.
